Happy 15th Birthday, Taylor!!

Our firstborn turned 15 today on Memorial Day while in Orlando!! I can't believe he is that old....and that tall (6 ft and still growing). He has been wanting a phone for a long time and we have been holding off until he turns 16, so we really surprised him with a phone/MP3 player. How do these kids survive without technology these days!!

Instead of fighting the crowds today on Memorial Day at the theme parks, we decided to hang out at the pools at our resort. It has an awesome Pirates Ship with squirters and slides that entertained the younger kids.
One thing we have discovered in Florida are these black bugs (that look like lightening bugs) and they are EVERYWHERE. Not only are they everywhere, but they are ALL mating. Everyone you see is connected to another one. Cooper is looking at some by the pool in this picture. You can't even sit by the pool without these bug pairs swarming and landing on you!! At least they don't bite or sting, but, boy, are they annoying. They were even landing on the pool table and cue balls and would get smashed when the balls were hit. Oh, well. We aren't really complaining. It is really nice down here in the sun!
