Last Day of School

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!! Dawson's class was trying to pass the last few minutes before the bell rang at noon.
After school was out, we picked up some lunch and went to the park for a picnic with Brittany's class to celebrate them graduating from 6th grade. Cooper enjoyed the sand in the sand volleyball court.

Taylor's video production class made a short movie and showed it to the whole school today. It was called, the 51st Dragon. He really enjoyed the editing part of it. After the video, the high school had root beer floats until school was out.

In Brittany's class, they played Simon Says as they waited for the bell. It's hard to believe the school year is already over!! Taylor is having a swim party at our house tonight for his friends to celebrate the end of school. It is actually pretty chilly today and overcast - it's a good thing we have the pool heated, or it would be too COLD to swim. That's hard to believe at the end of May.

Well, tomorrow we are flying to Orlando for a week for vacation. I will post some pics while we are there. We will also be meeting up with my sister and her new husband while they are on their honeymoon in Florida!! We are excited to see them down there!!
