Our Christmas Trees

Instead of an Advent Calendar, we have an Advent Book that has 25 beautiful decorative doors that you open and read. We began tonight with the first two doors with the oldest child reading first.

We finally got ALL our Christmas Trees decorated. Jamie has one in her room that is red and black to match her red room.

Here is our 12 ft tree in our living room. This is the one I dread doing every year since I have to climb up and down our 12 ft ladder as Roger lays on the ground and turns the tree for me so I can reach all the way around it. You can also see in the picture the fireplace that was faux painted to look like stone.

Dawson and Cooper share a little tree in their room with all the kids ornaments that they have made over the years and they get to decorate it themselves.

Brittany's tree has bright purple, green, pink and blue on it and it matches her room pretty good, too. I don't have a picture of the tree in our room that is gold and burgundy with animal prints on it (of course). My goal is to have a tree in every room someday! I love Christmas!!!!
